The only experience that was good was returning the car to the airport where I received some sympathy for the horrendous experience we had with this rental. Clearly I'm not satisfied with the Budget customer service I received, I was charged twice, overcharged for only 2 days, and talked to in an extremely rude manner by Diane at the Reid Location (totally unacceptable). I was charged twice,1st on Jan 30st $250.00 Amex ending 1007, 2nd on Jan 31st $332.03 Master card ending 3341 and again I only rented the car for 2 days, not 3 days and I've been charged a grand total of $ 582.03 for just 2 days. So lets reiterate: I originally reserved the car for 3 days and only used it for 2 days, ( Picked Up Jan 30th, 2022 11:14 am at Ontario Airport Returned Jan 31st 2022 5:42 pm ). Sales agent Diane at the Reid Airport was extremely rude to me, issued me a new Rental Agreement Number 372833020 stated what Quintin stated wasn't true and proceeded to charge me $280.68. Sales agent Quintin at the Ontario Location stated even though I prepaid my reservation online before arriving at Ontario that I wouldn't be charged anything until I drop the car off at the Reid Airport (Formerly Mc Carran) in Las Vegas. My Online Prepaid Conformation Number 02934974US0 which I prepaid $332.03 for 3 Days. So I basically would have been out over $500 if I just decided to say, "Screw it." The cherry on top when I finally arrived at the "correct location" was that I was given a car with an empty gas tank! UNBELIEVABLE! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION, NOR THIS COMPANY. I am beyond furious! Not to mention, I couldn't cancel because their policy stated that it was non-transferable and non-refundable. How the hell was I supposed to do that with two children?! Complete strangers renting from the Airport Drive location overheard me and had enough kindness, empathy, and compassion to offer me a ride to the other location, and yet the Enterprise employees here did NOTHING. I called the "correct location" and got hung up on THREE TIMES until finally someone answered and THEN suggested that I get myself a Lyft over there. I had NO WAY of getting to the "correct" location. I was told "Good luck" getting to this location from where I was taken by the airport shuttle. After a hell of a travel day with my 9 month old and 3 year old, Enterprise were unwilling to help me out after finding out that apparently Priceline booked me a car at the wrong "Ontario, California location".
